Sometimes it feels like winemakers are trapped inside their own heads. Every wine a silhouette of an earlier one, in an oenophiles’ déjà vu. Not so for Headlock. We’ve escaped convention, fossilization, and flavor captivity with a blend of Charbono from the Calistoga, Petite Sirah from Lake County, and Syrah from Oak Knoll.
