This annual limited edition is matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and first-fill Sherry casks, which were previously home to 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry. These exclusive Sherry casks are hand-selected from the world-renowned González Byass bodega, specifically for The Dalmore. This method of maturation produces an extraordinary whisky full of rich character, with an unmistakable depth and complexity.
