Refund & Return Policy 

Our commitment to customer satisfaction is paramount. This policy outlines the procedures, conditions, and timelines for returning an item purchased from us, whether domestically or internationally. We encourage you to read these terms carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient return process.


Return Initiation Window

We offer a 30-day window for returns, commencing from the official date of delivery as documented by the shipping carrier. To be considered for a refund or exchange, your return request must be initiated within this 30-day period.

Regrettably, any return requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date cannot be accommodated, and we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Conditions for an Eligible Return

To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met without exception:

  • Item Condition: The product must be in its original, unused, and unopened state, identical to the condition in which it was received.

  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, including boxes, labels, and protective materials, must be intact and included with the return.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as your original sales receipt or order confirmation email, is required to process any return.


Exclusions and Non Returnable Items

Please be advised that certain items are ineligible for return. These include:

  • Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

  • Expired Return Window: Items for which the return is initiated more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Compromised Items: Products that are opened, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error (e.g., customer mishandling).


The Refund Process

Inspection and Notification: Upon receipt of the returned merchandise at our facility, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify that it meets all eligibility criteria. You will then receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund—approved or declined.

Processing Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow up to two business days for us to initiate the refund; your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the credit in your account.

Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any customs duties or import taxes paid on international shipments are not eligible for reimbursement.


Policy on Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for items received in a defective or damaged condition.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team at sales@dinkory.com before returning the item. Once authorized, you may return the defective item for replacement with an identical product.


Returns for Gift Items

  • Gifts Shipped Directly to the Recipient: Returns for gifts sent directly to the recipient will be eligible for store credit equal to the value of the returned item, issued upon successful inspection.

  • Gifts Shipped to the Purchaser: If the gift was shipped to the original purchaser, any approved refund will be credited to the purchaser’s original payment method.


Return Shipping Procedures

  • Responsibility for Costs: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning an item, whether domestic or international. These costs are non-refundable.

  • Recommended Shipping Method: To safeguard your return, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit back to us.

  • International Returns: Customers returning items from outside the United States must clearly mark the package as a “Return No Commercial Value” to avoid customs charges. Any import duties incurred due to incorrect labeling will be deducted from the refund amount.


How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please email our customer support team at sales@drinkory.com.
Include your order number, the reason for return, and clear photographs (if applicable).
We will respond with return authorization and detailed instructions, including the correct return address for your region.
